1. I agree to all the rules and regulations stated on the application.
2. Applicant should be married / separated / divorced/single parent/ widow.
3. The age of the participant should be 21 to 55 yrs.
4. The applicant should be in good physical & mental health.
5. Applicant must have been born in Uttar Pradesh or her parents should be from Uttar Pradesh or be a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
6. The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per the given shedule.
7. Applicant must be born female.
8. All the fees paid to the pageant are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part under any circumstances.
9. If she is chosen as a title holder, she will continue to hold the title until the successor is chosen or appointed.
10. The decision of the judges will be final in all condition.
11. Organization or any member of the organizing committee will not be held responsible for any loss or physical injury that might occur to the participant during participation in the event. Applicant should participate at her own risk.
12. The applicant must never involved in any form of employment which involves partial or complete nudity.
13. The Organization will not be responsible for any delays or non receipt of applications on any account and for any reason.

I understand and agree that if I am selected as a contestant or state title holder, subtitle holder all decisions concerning production, promotion, photographs, advertisement,program, media, Social media, endorsements, testimonials appearance and all other aspects of the Mrs. Uttar Pradesh Queen of Excellence throughout my reign are solely at the discretion of the MRS UTTAR PRADESH QUEEN OF EXCELLENCE.

Appearance APPROVAL
1. Misconduct, negative innuendaes, or misrepresentation of themselves or other participants in any form, whether oral, written, or by actions, will result in automatic disqualification without any question.
2. Incorrect information will result in disqualification immediately.
3. MRS UTTAR PRADESH QUEEN OF EXCELLENCE pageant may disclose any and all information provided by me to any person for any purpose.
4. The Courts of Raebareli have the jurisdiction over all disputes.
